About Sandra

I spent years doing everything “right”: eating clean, exercising, pushing harder - and yet I still woke up exhausted, wired at night, and trapped in a cycle of burnout.

Doctors said my labs were fine. Friends told me it was “just menopause.” But I knew something deeper was wrong.

My turning point came when I realized my body wasn’t failing me, it was out of rhythm.

When I began restoring my nervous system, honouring my sleep-wake cycles, and aligning with my body’s natural rhythms, everything shifted.

My energy steadied, my sleep deepened, and I finally felt like myself again.

Now, I guide other women through the same awakening, helping them trade exhaustion for vitality, not by doing more, but by restoring differently.
